On this day, we organize various cultural programs and distribute sweets to honor this significant day in Indian history. Our president hoists the national flag with pride, and the entire team salutes it. The president also delivers a motivational speech, highlighting the importance of unity, diversity, and the need to work towards a better future for all. This event serves as a reminder of our duty to our country and the importance of preserving our culture and heritage.
World Environment Day
As GREET’s main focus is to preserve our environment, we celebrate World Environment Day on the 5th of June with great enthusiasm every year. On this day, we organize awareness campaigns, rallies, and other activities to spread awareness about environmental issues. We also plant trees and distribute plants to encourage people to contribute to a greener environment. Additionally, we raise awareness about reducing plastic use, conserving water, and other environmental conservation measures. Through our efforts, we strive to inspire people to take action and make a positive impact on the world around us.
Earth Day
Global Radiant Economic and Environmental Trust celebrates Earth Day on April 22nd every year. On this day, we organize clean-up campaigns in different parts of the city to promote cleanliness and reduce pollution. We also conduct tree plantation drives to encourage people to plant more trees and contribute towards a greener environment. Additionally, we organize awareness campaigns and workshops to educate people about the importance of preserving our planet and taking action to reduce our carbon footprint. This event brings together people from all walks of life to work towards a common goal of protecting our planet for future generations.
Gandhi Jayanti
Global Radiant Economic and Environmental Trust celebrates the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, also known as Gandhi Jayanti, on 2nd October every year. Mahatma Gandhi’s philosophy of non-violence and truth continues to inspire us to work towards a more just and equal society. On this day, we commemorate his contribution to India’s struggle for independence and strive to keep his legacy alive. We organize events and activities that promote Gandhian principles and inspire people to work towards a better, more peaceful world.
Ambedkar Jayanti
GREET celebrates Ambedkar Jayanti every year on the 14th of April. We pay tribute to the memory of Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar, who fought tirelessly for social justice and equality. Our organization organizes various programs to spread awareness about his life and works, and his vision for a better society. We emphasize the importance of his contributions toward the empowerment of marginalized communities and the eradication of social inequality. Our programs include cultural events, seminars, and discussions, and we strive to keep his legacy alive by inspiring future generations to fight for a more just and equal world.
